Rice grading drum is a device used to separate whole rice and broken rice, widely used in the final process of rice mills. It utilizes the principle of material length difference to separate whole meters from broken meters, ensuring that the whole meter does not contain broken meters and the broken meters do not contain whole meters.
The working principle of the rice grading drum is based on the length difference of the materials. Whole rice and broken rice have different lengths, and they can be separated by a drum sorting machine based on this difference. The equipment adopts a modular design, with flexible operation that can be adjusted according to different process requirements.
The structure of the rice grading drum includes a perforated drum, a support device, a collection hopper, a transmission device, and a cleaning device. The rotary drum is designed into several sections according to the grading requirements, with different aperture sizes in each section. The inlet end has the smallest aperture and the outlet end has the largest aperture. The collection hopper is located under the drum, and the number of hoppers is the same as the number of grades. The transmission device usually adopts friction wheel transmission, and the cleaning device ensures that the material flows out according to the corresponding aperture.
