1.The he mp leaf dryer is a flexible and customized large-scale mesh belt drying equipment. The size of the machine is customized according to the yield of he mp leaves, and the selection of heat sources can also be customized. The he mp leaf dryer mainly consists of a feeding end, a drying room, a discharging end, a heat source, and a control system
2.The chickpea dryer mainly consists of a drying box, a heat exchange furnace, a conveyor belt, a material balancing device, a sealing device, an insulation device, a hot air input device, etc.
The characteristic of this equipment is that the dried product does not change color.
The chickpea dryer adopts the principle of multiple layers of hot air utilization and is a continuous drying equipment used in batch production. It is suitable for dehydration and drying of various Chinese herbal medicines, dried fruits, vegetables, and other sheet, block, strip, and granular items. Using pure hot air generated by a hot air stove, the temperature of the hot air is controllable at 50 ºC -160 ºC. Two drying and dehydration methods, heating drying and ventilation drying, are used simultaneously. The ventilation amount of the hot air is strengthened and adjusted reasonably. The multi-layer drying oven is cyclically flipped and dried layer by layer, making full use of the hot air to achieve rapid drying and dehydration. Good drying effect, with a yield of 100%, rapid dehydration, and the ability to maintain the original color and essence of the item.
3.The rose dryer: Air source heat pump drying equipment is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment developed and produced based on the reverse Carnot cycle principle. The heat pump host obtains a low-temperature heat source through natural energy (air storage), and becomes a high-temperature heat source after efficient collection and integration of the system. The overall collection efficiency of the system is high. The heat pump host mainly consists of a compressor, a condenser, a throttling device, and an evaporator. When the host is working, the refrigerant completes the gas pressure rise and temperature rise process in the compressor (with a temperature of up to 100 ºC). It enters the condenser to release high-temperature heat and heat the air in the drying room. At the same time, it is cooled and converted into liquid refrigerant, and the temperature drops to minus 20 ºC -30 ºC. When the liquid refrigerant runs to the evaporator, the air around the evaporator will continuously transfer heat to the refrigerant, and the liquid refrigerant quickly absorbs heat and evaporates, transforming back into a gaseous state and entering the compressor. The continuous circulation of refrigerant achieves the purpose of transporting heat from the air to the drying room and heating the air inside the room to complete material drying.
