When installing pipe clamps, attention should be paid to some details. Firstly, mark the fixed position before assembly, then weld the lower half of the pipe clamp body, place the pipe to be fixed, and install the other half of the pipe clamp body and cover plate, tightening them with screws. Special attention should be paid to the location of geothermal ground or pipelines on the ground, which cannot be fixed by drilling holes. The live lines should not go inside the gypsum line, and the pipes for the ground leveling line should also be fixed. During installation, direct welding of the bottom plate with installed pipe clamps should be avoided to ensure the correctness and safety of the installation.
