Product Description

BYM Anchorage System is consists of stressing-end anchorage, fixed-end anchorage, couple and corrugated pipe. It can be divided into BYM15, BYM13, BYM18, BYM22, BYM28, BM15, BM13 type anchorage; The anchorage system has the following features:

Applicable for tendon with standard strength of 1860Mpa~2000Mpa, with the diameter of Ø 8, Ø 9, Ø 11, Ø 12.7, Ø 12.9, Ø 15.24, Ø 15.7mm; And the high-strength steel wire buddle with standard strength of 1670Mpa and diameter of Ø 5, Ø 7.

The number of strand can be selected from 1~55 tendons and can be added per design requirements.

They are with good stressing self-anchored function and easy operation.
They are with high anchoring efficiency and reliable anchorage.

The anchorage structure size is reasonable, which can satisfy anchorage efficiency coefficient but also achieve the anchorage of strand of short distance. Prestressing tendon layout is compact; Anchor mouth friction loss is small. It is of reliable anchoring performance, enough carrying capacity and good applicability. In addition, it meets the requirements of grading tension and stressing Prestressing reinforcing steel. The performance of BYM anchorage system shall conform to: Anchorage grip and couple for pre-stressing tendons (GB/T 14370-2007) and Acceptance and application suggestions for post pre-stress system edited by international prestress concrete association (FIP 93).
